Meiden America, Inc. is pleased to announce that as of April
1, 2017, Meiden America has merged with its fully-owned subsidiary Meiden
Technical Center North America, LLC. (MTCNA). The surviving company is Meiden America and it
succeeds to any and all rights and obligations of the absorbed company, MTCNA.
MTCNA was established on October 1, 2006 as the first out-of-Japan
engine test center of Meiden America’s parent company, Meidensha Corporation, Japan.
MTCNA offered testing and engineering
services for the development of advanced gasoline and diesel powertrain
products.
Meiden America has grown since its incorporation in 2003 and after this merger, it now includes in-house testing and engineering services along with its current product offerings of dynamometer testing equipment supply, electronic component supply, logistic solutions, water treatment systems, etc. Going forward, we will venture into further new businesses.
