We have supplied products to many railway operators at home and
abroad. Whether manufactured by us or by other companies, previously
delivered equipment is now due for replacement or renewal.
Furthermore, new railway lines are expanding, including the
construction of new lines such as the Shinkansen projects in Japan.
Furthermore, the methods or techniques of Condition-Based
Maintenance (CBM) and overhead line inspection, both essential for
safety, are evolving. In this context, we continue to conduct research and
development to contribute to reducing environmental impact.
　This special issue introduces electric railway systems contributing to
safety, stability, and environmental impact reduction.
