The VCB assembly line is designed to support a lean manufacturing process where the least possible number of people are required to man it. That means human errors are minimized to the possible extent. It also incorporates an ingeniously flexible setup so that different models of VCB can be manufactured on the same line concurrently or sequentially.

A fully assembled VCB spends as much time in the testing area as it does being assembled. Quality standards are maintained strictly and rigorously to ensure maximum performance efficiency and consistency.

A clean room facility houses the VGC production area. In this controlled environment, sub-micron airborne contaminations are continually removed from the air allowing VGC to be manufactured under very strict designed protocol and operating procedures.
