RF Engineer, Electronics Sales Support (Santa Clara, CA)
Our products are used in semiconductor fabrication equipment. This engineering position requires in-depth understanding of RF driven plasma, electronic and semi-conductor technologies. The position requires performing various tasks to support the sales team while establishing testing procedures, being involved in failure analysis, product investigations and documentation. Coordinate efforts and collaborate with engineers, sales personnel, and other associates throughout the Meiden group. Responsible for sales, marketing and support activities for Meiden America, Inc. Vacuum Capacitor Team.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
- Experience with and extensive familiarity of semiconductors.
- Knowledge or Experience with RF plasma control technology, motion control and software.
- Experience working in or with a Japanese corporate environment helpful.
- Knowledge of stepping motors and motion control is a plus.
- Software experience with desktop or single board computers is a must.
- Japanese language skills a plus but not mandatory.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for administrative support within the Human Resources & Administration Department. This position also includes other administrative duties to support other departments within the organization.

Associate is responsible for cultivating the customer base for Automated Guided
Vehicles (AGV) products offered by
Meidensha Corporation. This position is also
responsible for finding opportunities, offering competitive pricing,
and coordinating schedules for education training and installation. The Sales Associate is responsible for
understanding customer’s need, requirements, and/or specifications. The Sales Associate should possess fundamental technical experience
and knowledge (mechanical & electrical). This position is also responsible for the
planning, directing and coordination of activities to deliver the project purchased by our customer.

Deputy Sales Manager (Northville, MI)
We are currently seeking a Deputy Sales Manager to join our Engineering Division Auto Sales Team. The Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for
maximizing the sales and profit of the organization from existing and potential
customers. The Deputy Sales Manager is expected to manage various key accounts
for various products and services, including but not limited to Dynamometer
systems and contract testing services. The Deputy Sales Manager is also responsible for finding
opportunities outside of primary key accounts. This position provides support to the Sales Manager in development of the Auto Sales Team and will be dually responsible for coaching, mentoring, and evaluating each team
members along with the Sales Manager. The Deputy Sales Manager is expected to participate in the
entire (annual) process of the performance evaluation of each member of the
Auto Sales Team and encouraged to give constructive feedback to each member as necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Sales experience in the Automotive Industry for a minimum of 10 years (single field).
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) field from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Experience with Sales of Testing Equipment/Service in the Automotive Industry preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a valid passport or obtain one upon hire.
