Special Issue of Electronic Equipment that Contribute to a Better World by Digitalization of Society

Since the 1980s to 1990s, we have promoted development and commercialization of electronics products, and has increased product lineups. Our electronic products are actively used in the various fields such as semiconductors and liquid crystal display manufacturing facilities, etc.
