Hydropower generation has been used as a renewable energy resource for a long time, and our company has been providing products related to hydropower generation for over 120 years. Additionally, in recent years carbon neutrality has been required as a measure to address the climate change issue, and we are working to improve our technology to help reduce the carbon footprint through hydropower generation.
This special issue introduces examples of hydropower generation and product developments.
